Torn From His Bassinet: The Miracle Rescue of a Baby Swept Away by a Deadly Tennessee Tornado

Sydney Moore and Aramis Youngblood were inside their Tennessee mobile home when a violent tornado tore through their neighborhood. Within seconds, walls shook, debris flew through the air, and the roof was ripped away. Sydney grabbed their one-year-old son while Aramis rushed toward the bassinet holding their four-month-old baby, Lord.

But the storm was too powerful. The bassinet was pulled from Aramis’s grasp, and the infant disappeared into the darkness as the home came apart around them. When the tornado finally moved on, the family stood among shattered wood and scattered belongings, realizing their baby was missing. Sydney went searching for help while Aramis ran through the rain and debris near the woods, desperately looking for his son. Then, somewhere beyond the wreckage, he discovered something he could hardly believe.
