The first four sleeping positions ranged from just 3/10 to 7/10, but the remaining positions reveal who really takes relaxation seriously. And yes, one position earns the highest “lazy level” on the entire list.
5. Casual Side Sleeper — 6/10: If you naturally relax on your side, you’re all about balance. You’ll get things done when necessary, but you aren’t interested in making life harder than it needs to be. If there’s an easier solution, you’ll probably find it.
6. Face-Down Pillow Hugger — 8/10: Here’s our highest score! If you partly sleep on your stomach while tightly hugging your pillow, comfort is clearly a priority. A warm bed can be difficult to leave, and you may need a particularly good reason to get moving in the morning.
7. Side Pillow Hugger — 6/10: Sleeping curled on your side while holding a pillow suggests you value comfort and security. You tend to perform best when you feel relaxed and settled.
8. Half-Turn Sleeper — 5/10: Somewhere between your back and your side? You’re adaptable and generally happy to go with the flow rather than overcomplicate things.
So now comes the fun part: Which number are you—and does your score actually match you?
Of course, sleeping position doesn’t scientifically determine laziness or personality. This is simply a fun comparison based on common sleeping habits.
