The Egg Diet Is Getting Attention but Here Is What You Should Know Before Trying It

Eggs have always been one of my favorite foods. Whether scrambled for breakfast, boiled for lunch, or served with toast and orange juice, they are delicious, convenient, and easy to prepare. I never imagined that something so familiar could become the centerpiece of an entire eating plan.

That changed when I learned about something called the egg diet. At first, I was skeptical. I knew eggs contained valuable nutrients, but I wondered whether eating them more frequently could actually make a meaningful difference to someone’s health.

Five days ago, my doctor recommended that I consider an egg-focused eating plan suited to my individual needs. Curious, I began researching its potential benefits and limitations. What I discovered was interesting: eggs can be part of a nutritious diet, but the way they are combined with other foods matters just as much.
