Sometimes, the simplest questions can turn into the most confusing puzzles. A brain teaser asking “How Old Is Sarah?” might seem like something anyone could answer in seconds, but there’s a reason these challenges attract so much attention.
At first glance, the question appears straightforward. You’re given a few clues, and all you need to do is work out Sarah’s age. But many people make the mistake of rushing through the information without considering what each detail actually means.
The interesting thing about age puzzles is that they often involve more than basic addition or subtraction. Sometimes, you need to think about the difference between someone’s age today and their age several years ago.
And that’s where even confident puzzle solvers can get confused.
