4 CHEESECAKE RECIPES

1. Classic New York Cheesecake

Ingredients:

200 g digestive biscuits
100 g melted butter
600 g cream cheese
150 g sugar
3 eggs
200 ml heavy cream
1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions:

Crush the biscuits and mix with melted butter.
Press into a pan to form the crust and chill for 15 minutes.
Mix cream cheese, sugar, eggs, cream, and vanilla until smooth.
Pour over the crust.

Time:
Bake: 160°C (320°F) for 50–60 min
Chill: at least 4 hours (overnight is best)

How to Cook:
Bake at low temperature
Optional: use a water bath for extra creaminess

2. Strawberry Cheesecake

Ingredients:

Same crust as above
600 g cream cheese
150 g sugar
3 eggs
200 ml heavy cream
200 g strawberries
50 g sugar (for topping)

Instructions:

Prepare the crust as above.
Mix the filling and bake.
Cook strawberries with sugar until it becomes a sauce.
Let cool and spread on top.

Time:
Bake: 50–60 min
Chill: 4 hours

How to Cook:
Bake at 160°C (320°F)
Let cheesecake cool before adding topping

3. Oreo Cheesecake

Ingredients:

250 g Oreo cookies
80 g butter
600 g cream cheese
120 g sugar
3 eggs
200 ml heavy cream

Instructions:

Crush Oreos (with filling) and mix with butter.
Press into the pan to form the crust.
Mix the filling and fold in Oreo chunks.
Pour and bake.

Time:
Bake: 50–60 min
Chill: 4 hours

How to Cook:
Bake at 160°C (320°F)
Do not overmix to prevent cracks

4. Chocolate Cheesecake

Ingredients:

200 g biscuits
100 g butter
600 g cream cheese
150 g sugar
3 eggs
200 ml heavy cream
150 g melted chocolate

Instructions:

Prepare the crust.
Mix cream cheese, sugar, and eggs.
Add melted chocolate and cream.
Pour into pan and bake.

Time:
Bake: 50–60 min
Chill: 4 hours

How to Cook:
Bake at 160°C (320°F)
Let cool slowly for a smoother texture
