61-year-old Sandra Bullock enjoys aging. So, does she have any advice for her younger self? Absolutely.

Bet You Didn’t Think About This in Years

Oh, that list is long. But I wish I could go back and tell myself not to worry so much. I wasted so much time worrying. I wish I could get that time back,” she tells People.

She added,

“Am I the mom my son deserves? Am I living my life authentically? Am I good enough? Am I working hard enough? Can I keep my son safe and secure? Did I pick up all the dog poo in the yard before the playdate?” she says to the site.

“Before, worry could be very paralyzing for me, but now I can calm myself and gain perspective on things. Louis is the one who made me break that pattern.”

You’re wonderful, Sandra! ❤️
