Finding an earwig crawling across your bathroom floor can be alarming, especially when you have no idea how it got inside. With its long body and noticeable pincers, the insect can look more threatening than it usually is. Earwigs generally prefer outdoor environments and are considered nuisance pests when they wander indoors. The biggest clue is often moisture.
