After a long, exhausting day, all I wanted was to get home, crawl into bed, and finally relax. But when I lifted my blanket, I immediately froze. Something strange was hiding underneath it, and I had absolutely no idea what I was looking at. Its dark, unusual body had several long, thin structures extending from underneath, making it resemble a creature straight out of a nightmare.
My first thought was that it had to be some kind of bizarre spider. There was certainly no way I was reaching underneath the blanket with my bare hands! Instead, I carefully pulled the covers aside and examined my unexpected visitor from a safe distance. The longer I stared, the stranger it appeared.
