The Power of Gyan Mudra: Benefits and How to Practice It

Gyan Mudra is a simple yoga hand gesture symbolizing knowledge, created by touching the thumb and index finger while the other fingers remain extended. It is widely used in meditation to calm the mind, improve focus, and connect individual awareness with deeper inner wisdom.

Rooted in ancient yoga and meditation traditions of India, it is often called the “gesture of knowledge.” It represents the union between personal consciousness and universal wisdom and has been practiced for centuries by yogis and spiritual seekers as a tool for inner growth.
